On February 28th and March 1st, 2023, we had the privilege of hosting a transformative workshop titled “Mindful Leadership” at the Grand Sheraton Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. This two-day event, led by the renowned Prof. Debashis Chatterjee, Director of IIM Kozhikode, ran from 9 AM to 2 PM each day and attracted a diverse group of participants, including CEOs, C-level executives, professionals, education leaders, healthcare professionals, and chief administrators.
The workshop was designed for entrepreneurs and current and future leaders with a vision for the future. Mindful leadership focuses on the skills needed to survive and thrive in today’s volatile, uncertain, and non-linear world. Prof. Chatterjee’s sessions were both insightful and inspiring, providing attendees with practical tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of leadership with mindfulness and clarity.
Each day’s session concluded with a networking lunch, allowing participants to connect and share their experiences in a relaxed setting.
