This policy establishes the definitive terms for class scheduling, attendance, course completion, and certification for all students enrolled with Futurise Training Institute FZ LLC. Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory upon registration.
Course Scheduling and Attendance
- Commitment to Completion: Enrollment requires a commitment to complete the entire curriculum within the total duration agreed upon during the initial admission process.
- Class Cancellation Policy:
If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a specific class session, they must inform the administration at least 8 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 8 hours’ notice will be counted as a completed class, and the session hours will be deducted from the student’s total entitlement. - Single Postponement Allowance: Students are permitted to postpone the remaining course schedule once per course/module. This single postponement cannot exceed thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.
- Extended Postponement Fee: Any request or necessity for a postponement exceeding the 30-day limit will be assessed an additional administrative and holding fee equivalent to 25% of the remaining course tuition hours. This fee must be paid in full before classes can resume.
- Course Dormancy and Cancellation: If a student becomes non-responsive or non-communicative regarding their course schedule for a period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive calendar days mid-course, the Institute reserves the right to formally cancel the enrollment. In this event, the student will forfeit all remaining tuition fees, and no refund will be issued.
- Final Deadline Enforcement: Students must complete all booked sessions within the total time period originally agreed upon. Failure to meet this contractual completion date, outside of the single 30-day allowance, may result in the remaining sessions being marked as ‘Expired’, leading to the forfeiture of the tuition fees for those hours.
Student Conduct and Etiquette
To maintain a professional learning environment, the following standards apply to all students:
Contact Details:
- The sharing of personal contact details (phone numbers, personal emails, social media) between students and tutors is strictly not permitted.

- Physical Certificate Collection: Students wishing to receive a hard copy of their KHDA Certificate must physically collect the document from the Futurise Training Institute FZ LLC premises during standard operating hours.
- Charged Delivery Service: Should a student request that the physical certificate be delivered to their address, a courier and administrative handling fee will be charged. This fee must be settled prior to the certificate’s dispatch.
Refund, Credit & Course Transfer Policy
- No Refund After Enrollment: Once a student has completed the enrollment and payment process, the course fee is non-refundable, whether the course has started or has not yet started.
- Course Transfer Option: If a student is unable to continue with the enrolled course, the student may request to transfer the eligible course value to another course offered by the Institute, subject to course availability and applicable terms.
- Institute Credit: If the student does not wish to transfer to another course immediately, the eligible course value may be retained as Institute Credit. The credit can be used by the student for a future course offered by the Institute.
- Credit for Another Person: With prior approval from the Institute, the student may nominate another person to use the available Institute Credit. The nominated person must complete the required registration and enrollment procedures.
- Management-Related Issues: If any issue, delay, scheduling problem, or other concern arises due to the Institute or its management, the Institute will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and provide the best possible solution or alternative arrangement for the student.
- No Cash Refund: Institute Credit cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for a cash refund.
- Management Approval: All course transfers and credit arrangements are subject to the Institute’s approval, course availability, and applicable terms and conditions.
By completing the enrollment and payment process, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Credit & Course Transfer Policy, regardless of whether the enrolled course has commenced or not.
