Nihara Yoonus is an NLP & Life Coach and Early Childhood & Pedagogical Leadership Trainer currently with Futurise Training Institute, committed to empowering educators through transformative learning experiences. She combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming with practical pedagogy to enhance teaching quality, leadership effectiveness, and emotional intelligence across early education settings. Her programs foster reflective teaching, compassionate leadership, and professional growth among educators.

In addition to conducting Child Protection & Safeguarding training, Nihara leads immersive Finland Education Tours, offering educators exposure to innovative classroom practices and leadership models from Finland’s world-renowned education system. She has also completed a research-based course on Erik Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Theories at Oxford University, London (Aug 2024), further strengthening her expertise in developmental psychology and teacher well-being.
